After the Collector pulls King back, he creates the Archive House from the Titan's skull, a place for him and King to live. King explains the "Owl House" game to the Collector, saying it's kind of like playing pretend. He starts turning people into puppets, much to King's dismay, to help with the game and creates spies to help with this.

Fortunately, Luz rescued King before the ritual could be completed and prevent the Trappers from following them. He was worshipped as the patron god of the Titan Trappers, a warrior clan of witches dedicated to finding the last Titans and killing them. The Collector is an enigmatic figure with vague, obscure roots in the history of the Demon Realm.
Eda Clawthorne
The Collectors are the overarching antagonists of the Disney Channel series The Owl House. They are a race of celestial beings dedicated to "collecting" certain species to make sure they will never die out, even waging war upon those who interfere with their plans. In "Edge of the World", Luz, King, and Hooty travel to the remains of another Titan on the other side of the Demon Realm and meet the Titan Trappers, believing they are King's people. However, they instead learn they are a cult worshipping the Collector and that they seek to kill King, who is actually the last Titan. King lights the Collector's mirror (which was been broken into two for an unknown reason) with a flame, causing him to establish a 'connection' with the entity and hear their voice in his mind.
Powers and abilities

The Emperor then says their partner's patience will be rewarded, as the Day of Unity is merely 24 hours away. The Collector watches with Belos as witches from all over the Isles approach the Titan's head, grinning widely. For all his power, it appears that the Collector is not truly malicious and at his heart is just a child who only wishes to connect and make friends. A passage in the Collector's storybook further implies that, while he might have done numerous bad things, he is still disgusted by his kind's genocidal ways. Coupled with his desire to be friends with King and make him happy, his reactions indicate that the Collector yearns to have a companion like him who understands him.
A Lying Witch and a Warden
Slowly realizing how death works for mortals, a remorseful Collector begs Eda and King to run away, not wanting anyone else to die and apologizing for everything, shedding tears for the first time in his life and not understanding what they are. Before Belos can finish them off, Luz returns as a human-Titan hybrid courtesy of King’s father, and gets them all out of harm’s way. Realizing that the Archives are about to fall from the Titan’s skull, the Collector volunteers to keep it afloat, managing to do so despite being hit by part of Belos’s blast and weakened. While Luz and her friends are celebrating for her new palisman, the Collector is observing them from above with Belos (still posing as Raine) by his side.
According to the Collector's storybook, the Collectors, as their name suggests, "preserve" species on the worlds they exert their powers on. However, if a species tries to "meddle in their affairs", they are known to "clean their planets and scorch their air". As noted by Kikimora, they are neither witch or demon, and are mentioned to be incredibly long-lived. Meanwhile, Belos, after absorbing one of his unfinished grimwalkers, jumps to a window of the Collector's castle and possesses the Raine Whispers puppet. He then sneaks into the Collector's room and tries to possess him, but he is quickly restrained when the Collector wakes up by his presence.
However, unbeknownst to him, Raine has not broken their spell, but rather Emperor Belos is possessing them. Under Raine's guise, Belos tells the Collector that they hadn't broken his spell, but had been brought to life from the power of the Collector's love and care, and was coming with a message that King is planning to betray him. The Collector initially finds this notion laughable, stating that King is his best friend and would never plot against him. Following the revival of Luz, the Collector expresses a wish to save others to make up for his misdeeds. He volunteers to save everyone still left at the Archives while Luz, Eda, and King deal with Belos, and after he's defeated, an exhausted Collector is afraid Luz's friends will punish him and cowers, but is delighted when Amity helps him up. Facing plummeting ratings, host Jack Delroy (David Dastmalchian – The Suicide Squad, Oppenheimer) decides to up the stakes with an occult-themed special during sweeps week with guests who claim to commune with spirits.
Escape of the Palisman
The Collector can only watch helplessly as Eda transforms in front of him and she, along with King, tries to destroy Belos in grief and anger. Finally understanding how death works, the Collector begs Eda and King to escape, trying to remove some of Belos' mold from Eda and not wanting to lose her and King too. When Luz is miraculously revived and comes back to save them, while the Collector doesn't understand how at first, is nonetheless happy that she’s back, subconsciously clinging to her when she saves them from Belos. When the Archives start to collapse, the Collector helps everyone inside while Luz defeats Belos with the help of Eda and King.
As the boundaries between the supernatural and the tangible blur, Jack and his guests find themselves trapped in a deadly talk show with forces beyond their control. In the ancient past, the Collectors watched over the worlds and stars of the Demon Realm. A long-lived race, their kind tasked themselves in observing the passing of time, observe and preserving all sorts of creatures so that they never fade. Hence their name of Collectors, though the action of collecting refers to capturing live beings withing magical scrolls to amass within their Archives. However should other beings meddle in their affairs the Collectors were said to annihilated the offending world. The Collectors were a race of magical god-like beings native to the stars of the Demon Realm.
Collectors are immensely powerful beings, capable of warping reality, from levitation, transmutating beings, altering reality, moving celestial objects, conjuring objects etc. In the present, the Titans are completely extinct with the exception of the young King Clawthorne. At the same time, the only Collector that is around for the events of the series is the young, childlike one that was sealed into the In-Between Realm. This implies that they either moved from the Demon Realm (or at least this specific planet), were imprisoned in an unknown place, or went extinct during the Titan-Collector War, making it a mutual kill for both sides.
He is the younger sibling of the Archivists and a member of a race of cosmic beings who was imprisoned in a tablet by the Boiling Isles Titan. King hugging the Collector after gifting him Francois, now considering him a real friend.
They are a mysterious entity imprisoned within the Boiling Isles that has come in league with Emperor Belos, intent on gaining freedom on the Day of Unity and taking revenge by wreaking havoc upon the Demon Realm. They are also the figurehead of the Titan Trappers and are responsible for turning the Owl Beast into Eda Clawthorne's curse. In "Clouds on the Horizon", the Collector accompanies Belos as the latter sets up the functioning Portal Door in the Titan's skull, exactly where he found the Collector centuries ago. The Collector sadistically asks Belos if he's nervous to return home, bringing up the facts that the Human Realm must've changed drastically over the four centuries he's been gone, and that Philip himself has changed in the measures taken to extend his lifespan. Centuries later in the present, Eda's apprentice, Luz Noceda, and Philip/Belos' grimwalker subordinate, Hunter, temporarily find themselves in the emperor's mind in the episode, "Hollow Mind", where they discover of the Collector's existence and allegiance with Belos. After escaping, Luz, King, and Hooty travel to Titan Trapper Island in "Edge of the World" for help against Belos, only to discover both King's Titan lineage and that the trappers worship the Collector.
